ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Entry Qualification for Certificate Programmes
1.Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) with at least Four (4) passes
excluding religious subjects.
2. Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA
level 3 certificate in the relevant field of study.

HOW TO APPLY

Online application;

Our online application form allows you to submit your application directly to us for consideration. We
aim to answer each application within 10 working days.
Once it has been reviewed, you may be made a conditional offer. A firm offer will only be made once we
have received your supporting documentation as specified in the conditional offer.
We will keep you informed of the process in writing.
All supporting documentation must be received by the application deadline.
Application process
1. Submitting the online application form.
You will automatically receive an email when you submit your application to let you know we have
received it. Your application will be reviewed by our academic staff. We aim to respond to you within 10
working days.
2. We send a conditional offer email.
If your application is successful, we send you a conditional offer and will ask you to submit your
supporting documentation, including your transcripts and ID. Your application will remain valid for three
months once you have a conditional offer. However, we recommend submitting your documents
immediately. Unconditional offers are valid for one year.
3. We send an unconditional offer email.
Once we have received your documents, we will either request further details or give you an
unconditional offer. We will send you an offer email within five working days of receiving your
documents.
4. You read the Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
Before you take up your place, please look at the Institute of Sales Promotion, Regulations and
the Terms and Conditions . We will email you when an enrolment period opens inviting you to register
on your program.
5. You submit an online enrolment form.
When you complete the enrolment form, you will select your module for the session and make payment.
You are now an Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP) student.

Manual application.

The second mode of application available at the institute is via manual application, where a student can
visit the institutes premises/campus at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Application process.
1. Visiting the institutes premises.
The applicants who opt to take manual application are welcomed at the campus, we are ready and open from 08:00 am up to 06:00 pm everyday (working days).
2. Meeting up with the institute’s career adviser.
The best thing about manual application is the chance to meet up with the institute’s career
advisor in person, he will guide the applicant through his visit and together they will discuss
crucial points concerning the course chosen the applicant’s career.
3. Getting the Application forms.
The application forms may be obtained manually at the institute’s premises, upon the payment
of the form’s fee (10,000/= TShs).
4. The applicant will fill the form, and along with it, the supported documents needed.
5. Then the applicant will submit the application form at the campus.
6. Upon completion of all the necessary paperwork by the applicant, the institute will review them,
and if there is no any query arisen, the applicant will be presented the joining instruction form
with institutes terms and conditions attached to it.
7. Once the joining instruction is filled and the terms have been agreed by the applicant, he/she can
make payment for the course selected and get ready for the coming school year. You are now an
Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP) student

Supporting documentation for applications.
For all the programs available, we require supporting documentation giving evidence of the following:
Full name and date of birth.
Qualifications (including English language proficiency, where required).
It is the responsibility of the applicant to arrange for all the necessary documentation to be obtained in
support of your application. We cannot undertake this on your behalf.
Please note that, if necessary, we reserve the right to verify your qualifications with the relevant
awarding body and to request further information from you about your background.
All supporting documentation must be received by the application deadline.

FEE STRUCTURES

Fees

The applicants have the option to pay the fees in full or by installment.They can also pay for each module at the time of enrolling in a study session.
Fees are inclusive of all required resources. Whilst we incorporate all of the costs into the module fees,
depending on the course e.g. NBAA professional studies, you may incur additional costs such as:
1. fees paid to local examination centres for sitting your examinations.
2. Program and module fees.
